First thing this morning I headed to Barnes and Nobles and purchased “PHP for absolute beginners” So far I’m pleased with the progress I’m making. The different thing that I am actually doing is writing down notes and examples as I go.  Once I write them down in my notebook I go ahead and try it in my xampp development  server  to make sure it works.  As I read I start thinking about how what I want to do with my project relates to the material that I’m covering.  I’ve had a couple distractions such as, Mafia Wars and my kids but other than that, so far so good.  Let’s see where I go with it tomorrow.
